How does the payment work?

  • Upon reservation you pay a €200 deposit to block the desired dates.
  • 8 weeks before arrival the total amount should be paid.
  • Cancellation is possible up to 4 weeks before arrival date, subject to a deposit loss.
  • Cancellations within 4 weeks of arrival won't be refunded.
  • The deposit will be refunded after your stay if no serious damage has been discovered.
  • Bookings made within 8 weeks before departure, require the deposit and the full amount to be paid immediately.

Are there any additional costs for water, electricity and pool maintenance?

All costs for water, electricity, pool maintenance etc. are included.

Only two services are charged separately:

1. End cleaning: €55 to be paid upon booking.

2. Airco: aircon consumption during your stay will be deducted from the deposit.

How many beds are there?

4 persons can sleep at Casa Gaston: 1 double bed and a twin bedroom.

How do I collect the keys?

Upon arrival you will be met at the house for the key transfer. Arrival and departure between 09.00 and 21.00. Outside these hours is also possible, subject to a surcharge of €10.

Is there television and wifi?

Spanish and English television (+ Smart TV) and wifi are available. You may find the wifi code on the router in the house.

Is there an iron, ironing board, washing machine, hair dryer, towels and clean bed linen?

Yes, all are available. Towels are available throughout your stay and beds are nicely prepared prior to your arrival.

Is smoking permitted?

Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the house or on the porch. You may smoke on the terrace. Please dispose your cigarette ends in the provided ashtreys.

Is there a BBQ?

Yes! A BBQ is available. Coals can be obtained at the local supermaket. Please clean down after use.

Are pets allowed in the property?

Pets are not allowed.
